02 RETURN
PLEASE CREATE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL WITH THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE WITHIN 14 DAYS. For instructions please get in touch with us via
E-Mail. RETURNS can only be considered within due time. Please note that we can only accept trackABLE packages.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
03 RefundOnce we have received your return, we will process YOUR REIMBURSEMENT as quickly as possible. SHORTLY AFTER YOU WILL receive A NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the PAYMENT METHOD.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.
